Need help applying for a construction loan

I am trying to get a construction loan for my personal home. Total cost is $1.8M with the property sitting on 75 acres. Our income is from real estate at around $4M from rental property held in a living revocable trust. Banks and lenders are wary of our situation and asked me to apply again after filing more tax returns.
