I"m not sure what kind of help your asking for.. more info please.. If your asking about buying this home, then the best source is going to be a local real estate agent.. The lender has an obligation to sell the property for the most it can.. they do this by offering it up for sale to the general public.. in other words, you cannot buy it directly from BAC... they have a REO liquidation department.. they hire local real estate agents and they list the properties for sale.. If you contact your local RE agent and give them the address, they should be able to keep tabs on the property and as soon as it hits the market, they can inform you...
