Click on the "Find a lender" tab accross the top and start calling...I'm sure you will be able to find someone to help you.

The "Find a Lender" tab above, or you can Google " Mortgage Broker (zip code) "... Try to stay away from the big banks.. they won't allow your scenario... the broker community is your best bet.. I believe the issue is Fannie requires a 720 score so you need a private investor/portfolio program. You might try a smaller banks in your area, sometimes they have portfolio programs and the process might be easier.
