For all conforming financing, there are minimum mandatory waiting periods. They range from 1 year to 7 years depending on the loan product and loan amount. That being said, there are hard money lenders out there that will finance you 1 day out of a BK.. however, the rates are very high, the fee's are high.. and you will need a minimum of 30% down payment..
