need to refi manufactured home to get ex-wife name off morgage. shes agreed to sign a quit claim deed but only after refi happens. She has threatened to sell home when I have owned it for 20 years! desperately need advice soon

There are still lenders doing refinances on manufactured homes. I would actually suggest you go directly to Land Home Financial, they are the leaders in doing these types of loans and can probably assist you. Check them out here: http://www.land-home.net/
