need to refinance a mobile home to remove the ex-spouse name

A mobile home on a leased/rented space is not considered "Real Property".. you cannot get a mortgage on it.. you have to find someone who will do just the home.. I'm sure there are people out there, but your best source would be your neighbors.. ask them who their homes are financed with and give them a call..
