neighbors scaring off my buyers!

My neighbors are are making issues for the potential buyers looking at my home. I have lost 2 potential buyers from the issues. Neighbors cars being parked on their front lawn and dogs barking all day. Is there a way to get around this? by fangorn56 from Nogales, Arizona. Feb 12th 2019 Reply

Check with the city or township.. If current residential blight code requires that vehicles be parked on paved surfaces, then they can get a citation for parking on the lawns.. as far as the dog's go, you can call the police and complain.. you have a right to peace and quite and people who have dog's barking all night can be cited as well. I live in Phoenix and the city has a "Barking Dog Ordinance"... it's the dog owners responsibility to keep the dog quite, if they don't they can get a ticket.
