There are some programs out there that say they are doing No Income - Stated Income Mortgages. I do not know of any specifically however. Good Luck.
Yeah, good luck with that...it has to be some crazy hard money deal with ridiculous fees...we all will be curious to see how this goes for you....
Most loans are not going to be stated. There is one that everyone is advertising but the lenders will not accept it , since they can not sell off the loans currently.THE only way to do without documentations, is a cash line advance , personal or business,, and the business lines of credit do require some documentation, and I can refer you to someone that can make this work for you. linda at yourloanpartnerforlife@live.com .
I wish you all the best. The type of program you are looking for is very rare today.
Stated income loans were outlawed by President Obama via The Financial Reform Bill HR4173 signed into law on August 1st, 2010.. Here's a link to my blog here on Lender411 which explains it in depth.. https://www.lender411.com/mortgage-articles/4057/do-lenders-do-stated-income-loans-anymore/ There are NO conforming loan products that don't require proof of income.. NONE.. regardless of what others are saying.. there are some Non-Conforming loan products where they can look at your bank statements for the past 24 months and use that for qualifying, but this loan product is often referred to as "Hard Money" and the rates and terms associated with it are pretty steep.. Typically 25%-30% or more down payment and rates close to or above double digits.. Without US Federal tax returns and verifiable income, you will not get a loan using any type of conforming financing.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. I don't know of any pay stub only loan. I don't know what is available in Connecticut, but in Colorado we do offer a 12 month bank statement program with no tax returns, no 4506. But this is for self-employed only and is more expensive than a typical loan.
You are probably referring to the FHA Steamline Refinance Program and yes it is available in CT Call me to discuss John 203-791-1736 X 312
