It will be hard to acquire a FHA, USDA, VA, or any Freddie Mac/ Fannie Mae loan without a social security number.

I would give Mike a call as he seems to have a solid program-just to piggy back off the other lenders you will not be able to obtain FHA, VA, USDA or conventional financing if you do not have a social security number. Are you a perminent resident alien or on a work visa?
