odds of being approved for a heloc with fair credit and 50% equity?

there is so much more needed information for one ting,what are you considering fair credit ? i had a guy thought it was just fair, and it was at 698.. helocs are not really being offered.. how much are you looking for ? i might have another way for this to work linda 602 330 1598
