hey there to all the fellow lenders. im a old school guy in the mortgage game. i just published my first website for taking digital 1003 applications. i need some advise from fellow professionals that have a mortgage website. the 1003 digital application online has disclaimer and authorization notice on the last page and borrower has to click the box to acknowledge, but there is no physical signature. is this allowed, to process a 1003, with out a signature? don't i have to get a physical signature from the borrowers? this seems of a concern and i can use some help on this one. thanks guys! by loanmancan_az654 from Phoenix, Arizona.
