More info needed.. but in general, yes... the CD almost never matches 100% to the closing papers,, and in order to facilitate a timely closing, they are allowed to send out another CD after closing.. IT's called a "Post Consummation" CD, which will have all the accurate numbers which will match your loan doc's.. this is supposed to be sent within 24 hours of closing. If this weren't allowed, then between the lender and the title company, they could be going back and forth for days trying to balance.
