If you're asking whether you can track your loan application with a specific lender for USDA financing, then NO there isn't a 3rd party you can "track" this through. You will need to stay in close communication with your current Loan Officer/Originator to track what the status is and where things are at in the stages. No, all the loan status information will have to come from your lender. Some lenders like us, have very nice status systems that send you updates along the way. Others have nothing.
