Not sure of your question. Did you mean to ask any of us if there are personal loans not affiliated with homeownership available to you? Obviously, this is a real estate lending options website, primarily, and most of us who answer questions are principally knowledgeable about residential lending. There are of course second loans or equity lines of credit available to homeowners that some of us provide.
