Proof of income having a bartending job

I’m reaching out to get feedback regarding my situation. I have 3 multi family cash flowing rentals in NY and I always encounter problems with financing due to my job. I work as a bartender and can’t show much income. I make good money and I dread the idea that I need to work a 40 hour a week job and make less money just to show I make “more” when lenders ask proof of income. Any tips or ideas?
