This is near impossible.. Puerto Rico income tax returns are in Spanish and are not easy to read / decipher. And there is no way for US lenders to verify the returns are actual and legitimate. You will probably have an easier time finding a lender in Puerto Rico who will lend in the US. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

We actually consider Puerto Rican tax returns as US tax returns. Give me a call and I can see how I can help you. 888-320-7888 - Ken

I know that by now you have probably made of your decision. Most lenders in Florida will not accept Puerto Rico tax returns, which is a vital part of the qualifying process. However, we have lenders that do accept them to buy anywhere in Florida. In the future call us for details. Jose MoralesInnovative Mortgage Services.561-432-9237info@floridamortgagecoach.com
