Question on refinance
I own a home and got re-married in 2021. Title is in my name. If I were to refinance now and keep it in my name only, would my current wife have to sign something agreeing to it? I'm not familiar with this situation if she has to sign something since the home was mine prior to marriage. TIA! by james665 from Phoenix, Arizona. Dec 28th 2022

Typically, if you are married in a community property state, which AZ is, your current wife would have to sign to allow you to take title as your "sole and separate property".
