I am on work contract here through 2018. i will leave shortly after but do not want to continue to rent. what's the easiest loan for this? by preely972876482 from Yuma, Arizona. Mar 4th 2015
You can purchase... so long as you meet eligibility requirements, you should be ok.. typically, if your work contract is for 3 years or more there shouldn't be any issues.. if it's less than that, then you still might be ok.. it just depends on the circumstances.. if you would like, I can review your complete scenario and see if there is a way to go for you.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. Any loan program of at least 3 years due date will work, but you will need to sell the property to get rid of the mortgage obligation. If you are a foreign national, there are special loans available, with about 30% down payment.
Consider a conventional hybrid ARM, either a 5/1 or 7/1 ARM loan.
