Any lenders offering "interest only" loans in TX?

I'm sure there are, but there are no "Conforming" loan products that allow for this.. you would be looking for "Non-Conforming" loan lenders or "portfolio lenders".. I think what you might run into is that the pricing for a IO loan vs. a fully amortized loan, the payment will be about the same.. the portfolio lenders doing these types of loans charge a higher interest rate.. so effectively, there's not much difference in the payment..
