NO.. For commercial, there are many factors that go into determining it's value.. and most of the information necessary to value a commercial property is not available to the public. This is why most commercial appraisal can be in the thousands and sometimes, 10's of thousands.. You can get a hint of what the property might be worth by looking at the county tax assessors valuation for taxation purposes, but this is not even close to accurate.. The others have given you great answers. One site that is in my book so-so reliable is http://www.looopnet.com Only because some of the commercial properties listed for sale by brokers/agents will sometimes have the estimated value per sqft. Best of Luck.
