Depends on a lot of factors- are you buying a home or refinancing? What state are you in?
It depends on the loan amount and middle credit score. If your score is over a 620 I would say 4.625 to 4.75 on a 30 year and then about a 4.0% for a 15 Year. Jumbo rates are at about 4.75% for 30 year and about 4.5% for 15 year. Don't hold me to these rates just giving you a real world idea. WE would honestly need a full 1003 application to give you proper figures. I wish you well either way.
Hello, BillI believe that if you have a score over 640, you should be able to get 4.75%.Rates took a bit of a jump late Friday afternoon and are holding that way right now. There is not much incentive provided by the market for a rate below that right now, even if you want to buy down the rate. Hope this helps. Patrick McCarthy, Northpointe Bank Mortgage, 866-901-3576
