Which banks offer Physician Loans in UT? Is there a link online that I can use? Thank you!

All conforming loan products are not restricted by your profession. But there are some banks that have special programs where they target certain professions.. such as doctors, lawyers, and CPA.. There is nothing special about these programs as they are offered with the restriction of you having all your other banking needs transferred to them. The benefit is that they offer higher loan to value's which means they require less down payment.. Compass bank for example has a program where they allow for 100% financing.. their interest rate is not any better, in fact it's slightly higher than most, but they will allow for 100% financing up to $1,000,000. Other banks might have similar programs, but Compass is the only nationwide lender I know offering this type of program. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona.
