2 years filed federal tax returns, all pages, all schedules.. if you own more than 25% of a corporation, you will need to provide 2 years filed federal corporate returns as well. W2's/1099's/ K-1's. Most recent 2 months bank statements, Current YTD P&L or balance sheet for business. (if you have not filed for 2015, you will need a 2015 YTD P&L) Everything else is just supporting documentation to show insurance, taxes HOA's etc..
