Looking to purchase a condo, how do I check FHA approval beforehand?

98% of all condo's are NOT on the list.. so good luck finding one that is.. If you are using a realtor, then they should be able to filter your condo search results for only properties offering FHA financing.. but even then, you cannot trust them.. you will need to have your agent call the listing agent to verify they know for certain the property qualifies for FHA..
