Follow this link: https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condlook.cfm Just put in your state, city zip, etc.. and hit enter.. it will give you a list of all approved projects within your state. But understand they must also be current (not "Expired").. Understand that an underwriter can/will ask for a "condo questionnaire" and even though the complex is current with FHA, the lender can still deny it if they see something they don't like..
