MUCH more info needed to properly answer your question.. and realistically, anyone who does answer with a rate is probably someone you shouldn't use.. you would be setting yourself up for disappointment.. What are all 3 credit scores of all borrowers? Higher credit scores get lower rates.. What's the loan amount? Larger loan amounts get better rates.. What percentage are you putting down? Lower loan to values get better pricing.. etc, etc, etc... I could go on, but you get it by now.. It's impossible to answer your question without looking at your complete loan profile.. Also, it's illegal to quote a rate without quoting the APR, and it's incompetent to quote without knowing all the details.. again, don't fall for these low ball/teaser rates.. If you are serious, and you want to know exactly what you will pay in interest rate as well as other fees, then you should contact a local mortgage professional and let them look at your complete loan profile and let them put their offer in writing.. this way, there is no misunderstanding.. only then will you know..
