I'm not sure what you are asking... But if you want to put your husband on title you can call any title company and they can help you do this. It is pretty simple - you just sign a warranty deed putting him on. Takes about 10 minutes and costs about $20 for the recording.

Hello Hot Momma,It is a great idea to put your husband on the title of the property. The main reason is for some reason something does happen to you, the house will go to your husband. With him on the title of the home, the home will not go to probate and thus having to spend thousands of dollars to keep the house. The title company will do as linda said, have you both sign the warranty deed, record it at the court house, and yes it does cost around $20.00.If you have a high interest rate at this time, we could refinance your home to a lower rate and add your husband at this time also. If you have any questions, please call me at 435-764-8709 and would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
