You do not, they get worked into the loan amount. Work with me and another thing you won't have to pay is lender fees!!!Josh LundBranch Manager - Gold Star Mortgage
Hi Kristen751,Just to clarify: If your questions is, Do I need to come up with any upfront costs to buy a home using my VA entitlement? Then the answer is YES. You normally have to but an earnest money deposit down when you go under contract. The amount can vary from $100 to $10,000, just depends on your area & the seller. In addition you'll have to pay for your home inspection out of pocket & your appraisal. The good news is you can ask the seller to cover your closings costs & even get all of the money you spent out of pocket refunded at closing.| Please feel free to contact me for more information or help. | John Burke | Senior Mortgage Banker | Great Plains National Bank http://www.valoansdoneright.com | (877)228-9069 | Lending in ALL 50 states
