Great question. FHA is not only for first time homebuyers, so you would be eligible for us to consider that. Fannie Mae also has a low down option that we could look at as well. Feel free to give me a call to discuss in more detail. Allen 720-203-9871
Hi John, there would be no issue with your fiancee owning in the past, FHA does not have a first time home buyer requirement. Feel free to give me a call to discuss options, I'm close by in Denver at 480-376-2191 or john.moran@cardinalfinancial.com
Even though she owned in the past she could still qualify for an FHA loan. I would call a local mortage professional in your local area and they could guide you in the right direction to consider all your options.
Yes.. FHA is not exclusively for FTHB.. anyone who wishes to use FHA can assuming they meet all eligibility guidelines.. but, if you have really good credit and high scores, then a conventional loan might be a better option.. this is where using an experienced loan officer is critical.. They will look at your complete loan profiles and help you with selecting the best loan product for your particular loan scenario.. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
