We are about to go through underwriting. My boyfriend is the only one on the loan and Credit karma had his score at 650 but the mortgage company had it 701, will they keep it at 701 or will they see if his credit score changed throughout the processing? Also, he has a couple of over draft fees but has the program where if it does ,it comes out of his savings which he keeps about 2k in his savings. He had never been late on a payment. His only debt he has is his personal 3k loan and rent but I'm not sure if that counts or not (it's for our apartment). We are doing a FHA bond loan. by jennpenn90642 from Clayton, Delaware. More info needed, but based on the limited info you provided, he shouldn't have a problem.. Credit Karma is never accurate, but the lender has to pull all 3 major bureaus.. and they go by the mid score.. not the highest or the lowest.. 701 is sufficient.. In regards to the overdraft fees.. he might need to write a letter of explanation.. but even that shouldn't be a problem.. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
