I don't believe there is a limit. I don't ever recall seeing any limit in any guidelines over the 26-years I've been lending in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and South Dakota I've closed many with 4 people, and one time with 6.

There is no limit, but understand that aside from married couples, each borrower will have to do a completely separate loan application and disclosure packet.. In essence, your loan officer will be doing the work of multiple loans, but don't let that stop you.. it's done all the time, and really is not a problem. I recently completed my end of year Continuing Education for license renewal. The answer is 10.. You can have up to 10 Borrowers on a loan transaction.
