Midland does not offer anything outside of your generic loan products.. to find the different types of bank statement programs, it's best you reach out to a qualified mortgage banker or broker.. most will have several different investors offering those types of products.. I have 6 different lenders, but unfortunately, I do not lend in NY.. I'm a preferred Lender with California and Arizona being my primary markets.
