NO! There is no age limit. You can be 95 years old and apply for a mortgage. I remember getting a loan for an 85 year old woman and she was very pleased i got her a 30 year loan.......that was funny.
The applicant has to be at least 18.
I just came back here to say the same thing that Aundrea said...... on the other end of the spectrum, you need to be 18 years old in order to get a mortgage.
You must be 18 years or older,,, but I've never done a loan for an 18 year old before.. reason being, is that you have to prove you have sufficient income based on your last 2 years work history.. there is no maximum age..
