If "the broker split" means just the Loan Officer has gone MIA, just talk to anyone else at the company. They should pick it up and carry it to the finish line for you. If the whole company has disappeared, annoying as it is, you'll need to just simply re-apply somewhere else and start from scratch. Good luck.
