it would be a commercial loan, you would need 20% to 50% down, and the terms won't be pleasant.. But there are lenders out there doing them.. The best resource would be www.scotsmanguide.com.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

You are looking for a commercial loan. You will likely need to work with a bank directly, but I would try a local community bank first. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ www.LoansA2z.com ~ 888-889-9950

Call a local bank. You will need a mortgage for a commercial loan. They require more documentation and larger down payments, and usually short term rates.
