You are looking for a commercial loan. You will likely need to work with a bank directly, but I would try a local community bank first. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ www.LoansA2z.com ~ 888-889-9950

Call a local bank. You will need a mortgage for a commercial loan. They require more documentation and larger down payments, and usually short term rates.
