Not sure what you're asking.. If you have a mortgage and they don't provide statements, but rather a payment book.. Then if you call that lender, they will provide a statement upon your request.. (Provident Funding is famous for this).. If you have a bank account and for some reason, you turned off "paper statements", then all of your statements would still be available online or by calling the bank and requesting copies..
