Does anyone offer VA with 580 FICO?

I'm going to say that nearly every lender out there will require a 640 to 660 for VA, however there are lenders that will go lower, but keep in mind that those who will do the lower scores will always have much stricter guidelines, and most who apply do not get approved.. you're far better off working on getting your credit fixed/repaired and then apply.. if you are at 580 now, you're not too far off.. Yes. We offer 580 VA loans. Requires 4 months reserves but it can be done.

Others are offering, but most I know of are at 620 with a few that will go as low as 600 and many are at 640 minimum. Be careful what you agree to and good luck!
