What are the steps needed to get "pre-qualified" a local Realtor told me I needed to be before looking for properties. How will this affect my credit score? by mani399 from Spokane, Washington. Jul 6th 2010
It does not cost anything to get pre-qualified and it does not affect your credit. Just contact a mortgage broker in your area and have them assess your income, assets, liabilities and available funds to close. Use the "find a lender" tab above to find someone near you. I can have you pre-approved very quickly. The great thing is we are Direct Lenders and our approvals are good for 90 days. We have been in business for 25 years and offer incredible rates with fantastic service. Send me a quick email for a quick approval. adennie@fmbranch.com
Visit http://www.myequitypro.com/secure-online-application/ The process takes 5 min - No obligation, No Pressure. You will find out in a matter of Minutes what type of loan and payments you qualify for.
Pre-Qualified is not the same as Pre-Approved. You want to be pre-approved. This requires a loan application, credit pull and income documentation. This shouldn't effect your credit score, but there are no guarantees. .... Happy funding, Rudi
