Refi after Bk ch. 13

I am trying to refinance my mortgage and pull cash out to pay for my fathers funeral costs. I filed ch. 13 bankruptcy a little over 2 years ago and was granted a hardship discharge.. Are there any lenders that will consider a refi with this type of bk? all debts are resolved and I am working full time again.
