From what you wrote I suspect that you are speaking of manufactured housing. There are very few lenders out there who still finance manufactured homes. Of the ones I know, all require credit scores of 600 to 620 or higher.As said earlier, you didn't provide much information for a thorough answer I have no idea of what your "credit issues" and I'm not even sure if I'm right at guessing that you have a manufactured home or not. You may want to chat with your existing lender or a local bank or credit union.
