Refinance again, a year later
My wife and I refinanced our home in May 2009, and now we want to refinance again with a VA loan this time. I qualify for VA, but I've heard that some lenders won't allow you to refinance again so soon. Is it going to be a problem that we refinanced recently (last year)?
