Refinance question

More info needed, but you start by contacting a local mortgage pro.. stay away from the big box banks, and reach out to a local mortgage banker.. you and your wife can apply together so long as her income is enough to satisfy all your combined debt.. then she can be added to the deed during the refinance.. this is done all the time..
