Refinance with both names on the deed but one name on the mortgage?
I want to refinance my house, the mortgage is in my name but my husband and I are both on the deed. Is this going to be a problem? by corrieander85 from Madison, Wisconsin. Aug 5th 2010

No. He will just have to sign a couple of documents acknowleding he is aware of the transaction.
