Finding a lender is not the problem...your credit scores are the hurdle that you must overcome. If you are serious about buying a home, understand that you will need to work on improving your credit. Just as it did not take overnight to drive your credit scores to the mid-500's it will also not climb to the scores you need overnight. Depending on the nature of what's reporting on your credit report the time frame to remedy will vary accordingly. Help me, help you. Contact me and let's get you on a credit rebuilding plan. With a 543 credit score, you are NOT getting a mortgage loan from any lender anywhere. You need to stop trying to get a loan, and do serious work with a credit repair professional. Once you get your scores into 640 range, then re-start your home search.

Well, stop what you are doing. You are not going to get financing with your scores. What you need to do is find out what you need to do to fix your credit. Most Mortgage Bankers/Brokers are real busy today, but you may be able to find one that is willing to provide you guidance. You need to find a local Mortgage Banker/Broker, call them and ask them if they will assist you in establishing a plan to fix your credit so you can buy a home. Make sure you make it clear that once you are ready you will use them for the financing. Once your credit is lendable, then you have a duty to use the person that helped you. I do it for potential clients here in AZ, and I know that I am not the only one. Good luck ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ www.LoansA2z.com

Your credit score is what will keep you from purchasing a home.. you need to work on getting that fixed... lenders will need to view your credit in order for them to seek out the right loan product for your scenario... You need to get with a credit restoration company not a mortgage lender... WilliamAcres.com

Your credit rating though poor to low could easily enhance if someone you know is willing to co-sign or... open an escrow account or... or establish yourself in a credit union... In short, there are several options including working with credit building services.
