Once your home is sold, the new owner has the right to do what ever he wishes.. and if it means he is willing to rent it back to you, then he can.. if he rents it back and you decide to buy it back after 3 or 4 years, there might be a problem there, but there are no restrictions on the new owner renting it back to you..
