As a mortgage professional, I always appreciate clients like you who appreciate what we do. My suggestion is to write them a letter with your comments. If they have a supervisor/manager, address it to them and send a compy to your professional. Once that is in the mail, check their website to see what affiliations they may have with organizations like Lender411.
