Linda -- There appear to be two Sharon Duffys in your area who are in the mortgage field. One of them appears to be affiliated with Sun National Bank there in Florham Park. The other, who is a contributor on Lender 411, seems to be affiliated with 7th Level Mortgage, in Cherry Hill.Personally, I would deal with the second one, as she is likely to have more programs available to assist you, if you are looking to refinance your home. She is also likely to better be able to assist you if your credit is not stellar, in my opinion.
