I'm buying in a hot market here in Michigan and the homes are selling pretty fast once they are placed on sale. I've lost out on a few offers and I was wondering if I should get pre-approval to give me a better chance to close a deal? by clarelin608 from Detroit, Michigan. Aug 18th 2022
Even if the market were not HOT, I always recommend getting pre-approved. Whenever you place an offer, you want to make sure the seller knows how strong a buyer you are. It makes it much more likely your offer rises to the top of list. Even if you are the only bidder, the stronger you look the better negotiating strength you have. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z Team of NEXA Mortgage ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Certified Mortgage Advisor and Certified by The National Association of Mortgage Professionals as a Certified Veterans Lending Specialist.NEXA is licensed in all states except MA and NY so give us a call. ~ www.LoansA2z.com 480-889-9000 - OR - 480-695-9300.
