Should my parents consider a reverse mortgage?
My folks have been tossing the idea of applying for a reverse mortgage. I am so unfamiliar with this type of financing. I question if they even know. A reverse mortgage may well be the best option for your parents. I do not loan in NV; however, have an excellent referral for you. Karen Rayfield used to be a Director of Reverse Mortgages at my company...and she did the national training when I joined the company. In my 25 years in business I have never met anyone who knew, understood and could explain the Reverse Mortgage better. Sadly for me, she moved on to another company.
