What is it you want them to do? They are not a mortgage company so they cannot approve you and fund your mortgage; they can merely put you in contact with those that can. If you want a mortgage, you can either search for a lender/broker on your own, or you can use this site to help you find one.

I'm sorry that you're disappointed or the site didn't meet your expectations. I'm just a lender here offering answers for free as are everyone else. I must have missed your questions so I can't relate to what you mean but "411" is, as the name implies, about information. I won't be sending any checks out based on anything here - just advice.
